Personal information and credit card details. We treat the security of our customers online information very seriously.
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which encrypts your credit card numbers, secures all credit car transactions and personal details to prevent unauthorised use of your information.


Collection and Use of Personal Information About Customers
The information we learn from customers helps us personalise and continually improve your shopping experience at Fabulous Fakes. We use the information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us, display content such as wish lists and customer reviews and recommend merchandise and services that might be of interest to you. Here are the types of information we gather.

Automatic information: we receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies" and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses Fabulous Fakes. A number of companies offer utilities designed to help you visit Web sites anonymously. Although we will not be able to provide you with a personalised experience at Fabulous Fakes if we cannot recognise you, we want you to be aware that these tools exist. What About Cookies?

Does Fabulous Fakes Share the Information It Receives?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below and only to companies who follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We send only occasional updates via email to customers who have specifically opted in to our newsletter system.

How Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
Fabulous Fakes encrypts information using 128 bit encryption which is currently the highest commercially available method. Our SSL server is certified by Verisign.

For those not wishing to provide credit card details online we provide the facility to provide credit card details by fax. Once satisfactory payment has been received for products purchased in this manner we will destroy such information in a secure manner unless you request we retain it for future transactions. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to log off when you finish using a shared computer.

What Information Can I Access?
Fabulous Fakes gives you access to a range of information about your account and your interactions with Fabulous Fakes. Examples of information you can currently access easily at Fabulous Fakes include up-to-date information regarding recent orders, order history, personally identifiable information (including name, e-mail, password, address book) and e-mail notification settings.

Conditions of Use, Notices and Revisions
If you choose to visit Fabulous Fakes, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages and application of the laws of England. Our current privacy policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of our customer information.
