How much do you charge for shipping?

At fabulousfakes.net.au, Shipping will be via Standard Post, ($4.50 throughout Australia). For overseas delivery, please allow us to quote before you confirm your order. This can be done by processing your order as C.O.D. and inserting a quote request in the “comments’ box.
All COD orders are confirmed and prices finalised BEFORE shipping. This will be done by email.
Standard Postage will take (2-3 days) - $4.50. (Australia only) This covers one item or as many as you wish. If you order 1 pair or 100 pairs you will still pay only $4.50.

How long will it take before my item(s) arrive?

For Standard Delivery: Order Date + Processing Time (1 business day) + Shipping time(2 - 3 business days.

Can I request a refund?

At fabulousfakes.net.au we pride ourselves on offering you the highest quality merchandise. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 days for a FULL REFUND. With our 10 days return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you email us before you return an item. Returned items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

Can I return an item for replacement?

We make a special effort to ensure you receive high quality items at all times. If you receive a product that is defective (or changed mind), please return the item so we can send you a replacement. Defective or damaged items will not be accepted after 10 days of the original shipping date. Once we receive your package, we will apply the credit from your return to this exchange order. There will be no shipping fee charge. Although you must pay the cost of your return to us.

The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to fabulousfakes.net.au. However, we will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.
